Fair Gift Cards Ltd's website has all the payment methods offered by Paytrail. Gift cards are delivered by e-mail. After the purchase, you will receive a gift card to the email address of your choice. If the purchase is made before 2 pm, the gift card will be delivered on the same day, otherwise the gift card will be delivered on the next business day. There are no shipping costs for gift cards. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods or the conclusion of a service contract. Fair Gift Cards Ltd will refund the payment to the consumer 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. The refund can be extended if the company has not received the refund within this time. In matters related to the return, the consumer can contact the address info@reilutlahjakortit.fi by e-mail or their customer service by phone at 041-7009948. The consumer does not incur any costs for the return. In the case of a refund, a refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

Paytrail Oyj is shown as the recipient of the payment on a bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.
